I started the process and from the beginning the information was terrible and the customer service was ineffective. It's clear that, at least in terms of customer service, they're completely disorganized. I tried to schedule my appointment via WhatsApp and it took three days. Their team is incredibly inefficient.
The kindness of the entire team gave us the greatest confidence and peace of mind to entrust our dream to them. They are completely professional, attentive, loving, and possess a special spirituality. We carry them in our hearts and will always be grateful to them.
