It's unbelievable how a private healthcare center can have such terrible service. They have a supposed WhatsApp number that directs you to call a "call center," which, after more than three hours of calling, never once answered a machine. What kind of call center is that? There can't be so little institutional empathy towards the members of the EPS (Health Promoting Entities). It's appalling.

I've been trying to contact them for over five months. I'm an SOS user, and they don't respond at all, neither on WhatsApp nor by phone. They seem to be a phantom entity.

So much waiting, and the useless doctors and nurses go off to breakfast, leaving people waiting. Everyone going to breakfast at the same time is a damn disgrace. This place should be stopped. If anyone sees this and can, please don't come.

The worst healthcare provider I've ever encountered. The healthcare professionals are poorly trained, and they prescribe medications incorrectly. Their customer service channels are nonexistent; they never answer a WhatsApp message or phone line, and they offer no solutions for scheduling appointments.

I haven't been able to contact them, they don't answer, and I need an appointment. Very poor service.
