Oralty Santa Marta

i booked a teeth whitening for 11:45 and they pushed it back to 12:30 which should have still been plenty of time to leave for the airport by 2:30 (the website said it should only take 1-1.5 hours) but then they laughed at me and asked me why i didn’t allow more time then told me they couldn’t whiten my teeth. the reason there wasn’t enough time was bc they took almost 30 minutes doing unnecessary x-rays and weren’t set up for a teeth whitening bc they thought i only wanted a consultation. fine maybe i misunderstood that i needed a teeth cleaning first but it’s not very professional to laugh at me for booking this when you’re the one that pushed the appointment back and misunderstood what i booked.

As a digital nomad I needed emergency dental treatment. I needed to visit twice in 2 days. These guys provide an excellent service with extended hours at a very affordable price. If you need dental treatment this is probably the best in Santa Marta.

I went here to remove the caries. After the treatment I just came back home and I saw that the treatment was not complete. I contacted them to say it and the answer was: this was not included on the treatment and for that I should pay for another treatment. By the way was one of the teeth with caries. So I don't reccomend this clinic because they are not professional and they want to take advantages. So they are not honest. Especially the dentist that visited me. The answer of them is false. They only wanted to do more money. Not professional service, they don't know what they are doing. I lost my time and coming back 2 times. The worst experience in my life with a dentist and a dental clinic. CLOWNS.
