The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.I had my wisdom teeth removed here, and in the same room where I was being operated on, less than a meter away, there were about 12 trays with contaminants from other people's previous procedures. It's worth noting that the reception staff were TERRIBLE. The doctor and the other staff were kind, though. However, this place is not worth going to.
First of all, the service is pleasant; upon arrival, you are greeted warmly, the establishment is super clean and very organized, and the doctors are very good.
It's a clinic with fast service and excellent patient care. The facilities are superb.
They clean very quickly and don't even provide napkins. I went back again for a filling in a molar, and I've had sensitivity in that tooth for over a week now. I wrote to them saying it hurt so they could recommend some medication or maybe check it out. But they didn't care or just ignored me. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it. I want to clarify that the reception staff are very friendly.
Miss Carol Cristancho's customer service, charisma, and kindness make attending an appointment an excellent experience.
