Normally very fast, easy lab results and great prices.
This lab is a disgrace! Two months to get results! And now they say I need to get new samples taken! I'm a private client, but it's the only lab I know.
They open at 7am, the schedule is wrong.
Horrible service. They told me it would take 8 business days to get my lab results, and it's been a month and a week with no response. I've tried contacting them through every possible channel and haven't received any reply. The website won't let me see the results either, and when I ask them to fix the problem, I get no response. Save yourself the trouble of going there; the service is terrible.
