The entire procedure totaled about 18 hours over four sessions, and the doctors were incredibly gentle, patient, meticulous, and professional throughout. They took the time to explain each step, ensuring I was comfortable and informed. The results exceeded my expectations—my smile looks natural and stunning. I do not recommend them. From the beginning, they demonstrated very little organization, as they changed my appointments at the last minute several times, disregarding my time. The doctor's attitude is also very inconsistent: some days she is very pleasant, and other days she is quite grumpy. Furthermore, the staff makes comments and whispers in front of patients, which I consider unprofessional and unethical. To top it all off, I had my teeth whitened, and when it came time to pay, they charged me a different price than the one they had initially quoted me. The lack of organization, the poor treatment I received, and the lack of transparency regarding billing lead me to not recommend this place.
