My personal experience was terrible. I decided to start orthodontic treatment with this clinic 20 days ago and only received good service at the first evaluation. At the next appointment, when they put the braces on, the service was terrible. They asked me if it was my first time with braces, and even when I said yes, they didn't even take the time to explain how I could clean my teeth, use the tools, and they didn't even offer me the orthodontic hygiene kit, just to make a sale. Regarding costs, I believe their monthly fee is very high compared to other clinics that offer better service. You pay $90,000 a month and they don't even take five minutes to explain things to you. Even worse, if a bracket or one of the resin bite blocks they use to raise your bite falls off, as happened in my case and causes a lot of discomfort, they tell you to wait until the next month to get it replaced. As I mentioned before, there are clinics where you don't have to wait until your next appointment, the service is much better, and the costs are lower.

The service is excellent and the professionals are too, but they take a long time to schedule appointments. I had an appointment scheduled for a certain time and they saw me 30 minutes later. Otherwise, it's excellent.
