I went to the location, but they couldn't help me. They didn't offer any solution, and I definitely wasted my trip.
The staff who attend to you are very friendly, they attend to you quickly, but I feel that it is very disorganized when calling patients. In my experience, on repeated occasions, two doctors called me at the same time, and when I didn't go where one doctor was calling me, they left me until last.
The experience is good, parking is convenient, the service is accurate, the location is quite large, and the waiting time is minimal.
The reception staff are excellent when you first arrive, but there are huge delays when you call the doctors' offices. They're very disorganized; you arrive early and they attend to those who arrive later, which is disrespectful to the patients. They should improve that aspect.
They provide excellent service; I'm very satisfied with the attention I received. They give test results almost immediately. The only downside is that there's usually a lot of traffic in the mornings due to medical and laboratory tests, as they're one of the few healthcare providers with their own clinical lab. Recommended
