Intahuatana
About Intahuatana
Intihuatana (Intihuatana Spa) is a nature-based wellness and healing retreat set in the hills of La Calera, Cundinamarca, roughly 20 minutes from Bogotá — a quiet escape just outside the city. Its name comes from Quechua, meaning ‘the place where the sun is tied.’ The center operates by advance reservation with personalized, private (a puerta cerrada) sessions for individuals, couples and families, and is pet-friendly. It focuses on wellness rituals and energy work in a natural setting rather than clinical medicine. Offerings include therapeutic massage, forest therapy, energy-activation and harmonization rituals, spring-water rituals, sound therapy, emotional-healing experiences and special ceremonies such as moon baths for brides, available individually or as multi-session plans. For international visitors, this kind of ritual-based, nature-immersion wellness is a distinctive complement to a trip to the Bogotá region. Materials are primarily in Spanish, so confirm language support and directions when booking. To ask about experiences or reserve, use the Call or WhatsApp buttons on this page.

Synced from Google. The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.It was a great experience! We did a Temazcal ritual for our friend as a bachelor party, and we really connected with so many things and felt wonderful. The guides are excellent, the location is perfect, and they have everything prepared for the best experience. I recommend it 100%. Thank you for your effort and preparation for the session!
The experience exceeded our expectations. We spent an incredible afternoon as a couple, full of learning. We learned so many things, relaxed, enjoyed massages, a hot bath with exfoliating salts, and other fascinating therapies to strengthen our relationship. As for the place itself, it's magical. The areas are clearly defined for each experience, and the personalized attention is amazing. You book individually, giving you the peace of mind that it's just you.
The worst experience of my life. Ana, the owner, is an incredibly annoying person. I absolutely do not recommend it.
I had my birth chart read and I'm very happy. Ana Maria helped me a lot in addressing issues in my life that I need to work on and bring clarity to. I will recommend her to family and friends. Excellent value for money. Thank you so much, Ana Maria, for your generosity, professionalism, great service, and time. Hugs.
A magnificent experience that requires knowledge and experience for planning and success. I found the costs very reasonable, and overall the program allowed us to discover the wonders of the Juanchaco Ladrilleros area. Thank you to the organizers.
