IDIME (Instituto de Diagnóstico Médico) is one of Colombia’s established diagnostic-imaging providers, offering ultrasound as part of a broad radiology and laboratory service. The company states it has more than 35 years of experience and operates across several regions of the country, with a large network of branches in Bogotá. Its ultrasound (ecografía) offering includes general studies of organs such as the kidneys, gallbladder, thyroid, breasts and soft tissues; gynecological and obstetric ultrasound, including transvaginal and fetal-assessment scans; and color Doppler evaluation of the vascular system (carotid arteries, extremities, abdomen, pelvis and feto-placental circulation). If they gave you a time for your appointment, be prepared to wait at least two hours longer than agreed. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE. Not to mention that the cleaning staff sweeps and picks up trash right over you.
Pésimo el servicio, ni siendo particular se salva Nadie te da respuesta, los tiempos de espera son de más de dos horas y las enfermeras tienen un pésimo servicio, siempre están en actitud grosera y se pregunta por qué ls tardanza del servicio y responden super odiosas. Yo pague mi ecografía particular y espero JAMÁS volver aquí Me parece de lo peor. Si tienes un examen no vengas aquí, hay muy buenos sitios, solo que uno se apresura y comete errores @Idime de lo peor en servicio
It's a good and well-regarded service, but this time I went through the EPS (health insurance provider) and they told me to pay directly at the EPS and bring a physical receipt… So… Use technology because the user has to do more and the information isn't clear.
What a disaster the customer service on this site is! I spent three days trying to book an appointment and it was impossible. The phone line doesn't work, and on WhatsApp the person who answers ends the session whenever they feel like it, and the chatbot is terribly programmed.
Services delayed by more than an hour and a half. Facilities are too small for the flow of arriving patients. Elderly people standing and waiting for more than an hour.
