Synced from Google. The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.Look this is a public hospital and most likely limited revenue and budgets. However the medical commitment is patient care. There were no smiles, no sympathy, no empathy 😔 with the care provided. Terribly slow even though very few patients at urgent care. The walls, chairs, beds, toilet (no soap, no paper towels, no toilet seat), etc. were in all bad shape. It's back to management, learn to raise funds, rethink the human resources training, budgets for repairs, etc. Otherwise, more poor ratings it's an open market and people will go elsewhere. 😔
Excellent professionals but employees, rooms and establishment deserve an update.
