The service at Santa Ana is always excellent. The receptionists were incredibly attentive and helpful. Dr. Angelica was a sweetheart and explained everything perfectly! We left the appointment feeling great.
I've been trying for over a month to schedule a follow-up appointment with endocrinologist Dr. Alfaro. They don't answer the landline; I've called morning, afternoon, and midday, nothing! They told me to contact them via WhatsApp, and I write to them every day, and still nothing. I've asked if I can go there in person if they give appointments, but they don't respond. I need this appointment at the CES clinic; I've never had any problems there. I don't know why I was assigned to this hospital. It's awful!
