Customer service is terrible. You write one day and they respond days later as if nothing happened, as if you haven't been waiting for attention for days.

Excellent service and dentists. Highly recommended.
I paid for aligner treatment, and today was my appointment for pickup. I waited more than 45 minutes past the agreed-upon time and had to leave. Their appointment scheduling is very disorganized, and they don't keep to the schedule.
