I highly recommend this hospital! The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They have English speaking doctors that made it easy for us . We switched from Perfect Body Hospital after a frustrating 2-hour wait. Here, we received immediate attention and relief. The deposit required is 1,000,000 COP. Huge gratitude to the exceptional team for their prompt care and compassion. Your dedication truly makes a difference!

Don’t go as a foreigner, kept hostage! Even with severe issues don’t go here. I had a biking accident and had to be transported to Santa Marta, about half an hour away. My jaw was broken, needed 3 stitches and lost a lot of blood. When we arrived we had to wait for more than an hour before being treated, causing me to pass out a few times. The treatment took 7 hours, of which most of it was waiting and unclear what was going to happen. I know that the healthcare is different in Colombia than I’m used to. Still I’m writing this review since the clinic does not care about its patients! We had to pay >$900 which is excessive, but fine for good healthcare that’s okay. However, when we wanted to leave at 1am after a lot of waiting and having passed out a few times we were told that the invoicing system was down and we couldn’t leave before paying, even though they clearly saw my state and knew my situation. We offered that they could keep my passport and we would come back the next morning to pay, I just had to sleep. They kept us there for a few more hours under security observation which was really grim. I have noted this with the appropriate embassy and they have confirmed to look into the matter. As for now, even if you have severe damage, this clinic won’t make you better.

The worst clinic in the city

It's simply a place where if you don't fight, you don't get any attention. I arrived on June 3rd, and today, the 13th, I've been here for 10 days. I was in the ICU, and when they moved me to a regular room because I was improving, everything got worse. I had to constantly chase after the nurses, who are assistants for EVERYTHING, and honestly, being in that situation all these days is exhausting. Am I supposed to be sick, and I have to put on this? The service is TERRIBLE from everyone, and they all blame each other. It's a disaster. Gestión Salud, Avidanti, and La Milagrosa are THE WORST CLINICS in the city of Santa Marta.

Llevo 2 días tratando de pedir una cita y no contestan el whatsapp cuando dicen que sólo se puede pedir por ahí. Miré en Instagram y no soy la única. Parece ser que atienden solo a particulares y no les importa los pacientes de Eps Famisanar. Ya puse PQR a ustedes y también radiqué otro en Famisanar. Si no hay respuesta lo haré por Supersalud
