Yesterday at 5 pm, I received a confirmation message for therapy on Thursday, October 22nd, which is unusual because today is Thursday the 23rd, and at 5:11 pm, I asked for confirmation, which didn't happen... Today, Thursday, October 23rd, I politely wrote to confirm whether or not I had the therapy session, but no one responds. They just leave me on read because they're online. When you call, they only answer to waste your time on the phone. I find it disrespectful to play with people's time and not have the courtesy to respond properly... All the good service has been ruined by this.
Terrible customer service. I inquired about the price of a private procedure via WhatsApp and they asked me a ton of questions, requested my medical history, and took far too long to reply. All that for a simple price inquiry. Awful service.
You can't just give me zero, it's a total lack of respect. They make me fill out a questionnaire, they ask for my medical history, the exams the internist approved—I give them all the information—I spend the whole morning on this process, only for them to say no, that I have to go to the other number. I texted the other number about 20 minutes before noon, and an automated message said, "Thank you for your message. We cannot respond at this time, but we will do so as soon as possible. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays until noon." They didn't respond at all. I waited until 2:00 PM, called, and they didn't answer. The only thing the woman said on WhatsApp was, "Please wait a moment, I'll get back to you," and nothing. These are important tests, and we don't live in Bucaramanga to go in person; we live in Barichara! It's disrespectful, especially since we're paying for the tests privately because the diagnosis is urgent!
The service is excellent, they deliver the tests promptly and the results are guaranteed. They detected an anomaly that another clinic hadn't detected. I highly recommend them without hesitation; they are very reliable.
Terrible communication with the patient and a lack of customer service training for the receptionist. Two days of my time wasted.
