This space is accessible to deaf people and people with reduced mobility. It has a location map, access ramps, and inclusive signage to facilitate service to people, as well as handrails and an elevator for people with reduced mobility.

The service was prompt and respectful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The security guard was pleasant and empathetic; they definitely understand and work in the best interests of the patient and their companion.

On March 26th at 1 PM, I entered the clinic for a knee arthroscopy. The receptionist and Ms. Jenny Gallego greeted my husband and me with great kindness and promptness. A young man named José Luis was also incredibly kind in the operating room anteroom, and what can I say about the rest of the operating room staff? Dr. Jhon Jairo Gómez (anesthesiologist) and finally, the eminent Dr. Carlos Williams Mosquera (orthopedist) performed my successful procedure. Everyone showed great compassion and respect for the patient, who enters with apprehension about what awaits them. I don't remember everyone's name, but they were such kind and compassionate people—that's what makes the healthcare community and this beautiful, clean, and well-equipped clinic shine. We are so grateful to everyone who upholds such a high standard for this institution. May God always bless you, and may you never lose that wonderful attitude. Good morning. On March 3, 2026, I was admitted to your facilities and remained there until March 4. I was transferred from the municipality of Belén de Umbría with a fractured ulna and a sprained right hand. I was amazed by the excellent care and, above all, the warmth and kindness I felt.
