I don't understand the bad reviews here. I came to Medellín as a tourist and when I hurt my foot they responded real quick via WhatsApp and told me that I could come by without an appointment the same day. In the clinic we didn't have to wait long to see the doctor who treated me really kind and professional. The nurses were also very friendly and helpful. Thank's a lot!

I arrived requesting an x-ray for my twisted ankle, we were in & out in less than 40 minutes. This facility is very clean, and the healthcare professionals were attentive, & courteous! The doctor examined me throughly, then the x-ray technician took 3 x-ray of my right ankle & the orthopedic physician read them immediately. I was given an ankle brace & a short non baring weight boot to be able to walk without pain, I was given a prescription for anti-inflammatory & voltaren. 2 weeks of rest and to do therapy once I reach home in the USA. The service & location is excellent! Thank you to the entire staff!

Tuve una muy buena experiencia. La atención fue cordial, el servicio rápido y todo salió mejor de lo esperado. Se nota el compromiso y la calidad en el trabajo. Quedó muy satisfecha y sin duda lo recomiendo. Muchas gracias

La atención de los recepcionistas muy regular. Adicionalmente la atención del Dr Manzo, deja muy en duda su calidad humana como médico. Me dijo que debia ser concisa sobre los motivos de consulta, y si quedaba tiempo revisabamos los demás. La consulta duró 13 minutos; ¿Cuánto debería durar una consulta entonces? Que triste tener personal de la salud de tan poca calidad humana.
