Dr. Monica is an exceptional professional. I believe her approach is holistic and meets the expectations of those of us who seek her help with weight management through bariatric surgery. In addition, she has a wonderful multidisciplinary team: the psychologist, nutritionist, and sports medicine specialist, along with Monica, are always attentive to any needs you may have as a patient. I am so grateful to have had this experience with this team. The results have been wonderful and natural. I have more energy than ever, and my life has completely changed.
I had a very positive experience throughout my entire process. I felt very well supported, with professional, compassionate, and understanding care. Dr. Mónica always gave me confidence and clarity, and thanks to her support, I have had a very good recovery.
My experience was very disappointing. Before scheduling a virtual consultation, I received conflicting information about the price. One message indicated a price of $180,000 for the virtual consultation, and later I was asked for a deposit calculated on a consultation of $250,000, which made me very suspicious. As a patient, I expect costs to be clear from the beginning and for there to be no contradictory messages. Because of this lack of clarity, I decided not to continue, as I felt deceived.
An excellent professional, providing very good comprehensive support. A professional who combines medical care with psychological support has my utmost respect.
