I went in for a smile design expecting an improvement, but unfortunately I ended up with a bad bite that I didn’t have before the treatment. Since the procedure, my bite feels uncomfortable and uneven, and chewing has become difficult. I trusted the process and expected proper follow-up and adjustments, but I haven’t received the level of care and resolution I was hoping for after raising my concerns. Cosmetic dentistry should never compromise function, and this has been a stressful and frustrating experience. I hope the clinic takes feedback seriously and improves both their planning and aftercare for future patients.
