It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. She also speaks clear English so if any foreign patients want to visit her. This is the addition to the previous review that I wrote 11 months ago. Today, April 27, 2024, I had a small surgery performed by Dr.Luz and she had performed an artistic surgery with utmost professionalism, courtesy, and years of experience. At every step of pre surgery, she made me feel comfortable, boosted my confidence. The surgery was performed at the topmost clinic of Medellin along with courteous nurses and medical staff at very low cost compared to USA. If anyone in USA that has limitation of medical insurance and need any urological assistance, it will be worth to spend the money on Plane ticket to Medellin, rent Airbnb and pay for the medical services with utmost care and courtesey.

My experience with this doctor was not good. I had several complications after a surgery she performed, and her support was practically nonexistent. For her, her work schedule takes precedence over the health and well-being of her patients, even those with complications.
Highly recommended. Professional, polite, she listens to everything you have to say and responds in a very professional manner. I received excellent service from her and I'm very happy. I recommend her.
The attention and support were timely at every step of the process; I appreciate the professional way they approached my case and the management from the beginning.
