Dra. Valencia has provided excellent, professional care for my BPH issue. She provided timely lab and specialist referrals to support her diagnostic effort. In less than a week from start to finish including referrals and followup appointment, she diagnosed my issue and put me on a new medication that is making a world of difference. In addition, she discovered a urinary tract infection and has put me on a course of antibiotics for that. Dra, Valencia's English is only a little better than my Spanish 😉, but she patiently worked with me to ensure I understood everything. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing a urologist. She is an excellent, competent professional!

They LACK HUMAN QUALITY. I don't understand the "saving lives" logo in the League Against Cancer; today, when I went to a private appointment at the Pereira Plaza location, the experience was so negative that I couldn't wait any longer and requested a refund, since both the nurse Diana López and the urologist Diana Valencia Hurtado were negligent in admitting my mother, who has reduced mobility and whose foot was already going numb from waiting, just because the elevator to enter the shopping center got stuck and that was the cause of the delay; However, the urologist was behind schedule, meaning they could have easily seen her next, but instead, two young people with no reduced mobility went ahead. Nurse Diana Lopez said, "She arrived late." The doctor chooses who goes next, and the urologist said, "It's not the nurse who assigns patients to me." I forgive and release both of these heartless, negligent women, but I must publicize this case so it doesn't happen to other elderly people with delicate conditions like vertebral fractures that prevent them from waiting long. Security guard Escobar at the entrance of the shopping center can confirm that the elevator got stuck, and several people had to carry the patient's wheelchair down the stairs. If they give priority to elderly people in banks, why wouldn't they do so in a medical center like the League Against Cancer? That people like this nurse and doctor don't make such good institutions as the League Against Cancer look so bad, and Dr. Diana, with all due respect, should not only be kind and considerate in her private practice, but should be so everywhere she has a patient with a human heart, and even more so with the elderly and their difficulties.
