When a friend recommend me 2 dermatologists in the city of Medellin Colombia based on the review I quickly choose Dra. Claudia and was exited to experience what others are saying. But in my Case it was very different. For a first timer in the city I found it very difficult to navigate and confusing with so many hills in the city. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I showed up a little bit almost 11am and i was completely refusing service. I could understand business policy but the way i was treated was not right. I was giving no option at all even I was ready to wait couple hours for my turn but i was shut down completely. I dont think I should be treated that way knowing im new in the country. I strongly dont recommend that office specially if you are new in the city confusing road, founding parking, founding the place will be difficult for you. I have to thank another Dra that went above and beyond to serve me to squeeze me in to her busy schedule to see me if it wasnt for that other Dra my trip would have been for nothing.
