I am giving this clinic 2 stars because the in-person care before and during my surgery was good. Unfortunately, my experience with the final results and, more importantly, the post-operative follow-up has been very disappointing. The main reason I underwent this surgery was to correct the deviation of my nose. Sadly, almost six months later, the deviation has returned. In addition, the tip of my nose is noticeably asymmetrical. A cartilage graft was placed, but one side of the tip appears sharp and pointed while the other looks rounded, making the asymmetry clearly visible. What has disappointed me the most is not only the aesthetic outcome but also the lack of proper aftercare. Since I no longer live in the country, I have repeatedly reached out asking them to review my case. I have always been patient, respectful, and understanding, yet my messages are often left unanswered. I am told to be patient or that someone will get back to me, but no meaningful response or solution ever follows. This surgery costs significantly more than what many other highly qualified surgeons charge. For that reason, I expected comprehensive care and professional follow-up that reflected the premium price. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I also cannot help but feel that patients with a strong social media presence or public profile receive a higher level of attention and support. However, ordinary patients pay the same—if not more—and deserve the same level of commitment, professionalism, and post-operative care. Almost six months after my surgery, my nose looks very similar to how it did before the procedure, with the added issue of an asymmetrical tip. I still have no clear answers regarding my concerns, and I am now left with no choice but to seek a second opinion from another surgeon. Based on my experience, if you are living in Europe, I believe it is worth considering reputable rhinoplasty surgeons in Turkey. In many cases, you may receive equally high—or even higher—quality surgical results, together with better value for money and more comprehensive post-operative care. I am sharing my experience respectfully in the hope that this clinic improves its post-operative follow-up and provides every patient with the same level of care, regardless of where they live or how many followers they have on social media.

I want to thank Dr. Ricardo Gonzales for his incredible work. He treats his patients with so much love and listens to every single question or concern you might have. I got my nose done with him and I could not be happier. It really was a dream come true. He takes such great care of his patients post op every day you go in to get your nose cleaned and looked at to see how your process is going he meticulously takes care of everything fixes your bandage and cast all to help get a better result. If you are thinking of getting a nose job I 100% recommend him and his team .
