A truly outrageous, unpleasant, abusive, and vulgar experience with this doctor's appointment service. I requested a simple emergency cardiology appointment from his secretary, who either uses faulty appointment software or is completely lying. The fact is, they ended up treating a Spanish foreign patient—perhaps presumably because of this, since we don't know for sure. The issue is that, due to a disagreement with this receptionist regarding the crisis I was experiencing and my history of heart disease and anxiety, I requested an ambulance. To my utter shock, this receptionist and her team called hospital security, even though I had only requested a complaint form and subsequently urgent medical assistance. The ignorance and the underhanded way they treat patients are unbelievable. And then there's the fact that they charged 300,000 COP for a visit to prescribe a medication that needed to be changed, when their rates are lower. I hope this is helpful, and of course, in Spain we wouldn't treat you like this, because we are honest, and we have professional ethics, morals, and values ​​that we learn and internalize. Dear Doctor, I regret to inform you that these and other comments you will read are directed at your passivity in this situation and your lack of cooperation with your staff. I only visited you out of necessity; otherwise, you can be sure that this would be the case. There's a saying that life gives back what you give. I wish you and your team all the best. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting you again, nor will I recommend you.

Excellent professional with great human qualities, very good service, but most importantly, since my mother started the process with Dr. Mauricio, we have seen changes in her health.
