One of the biggest advantages is that Dr. Mauricio Arias speaks excellent English, which made communication easy and stress-free throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step, answer all my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with the treatment plan. My experience as an international patient, in the hope that others can avoid going through the same situation. I traveled from Canada to Medellín specifically for orthodontic treatment. Before booking my trip, I contacted the clinic several times over a period of three months to confirm that one week would be enough. Each time, I was reassured that it would. During my visit, I completed all the required records, including a 3D digital scan to evaluate my bite and how my teeth functioned for treatment planning. I was told I would be shown the treatment plan, approve it, and then proceed with payment. At no point was I informed that payment had to be made before the aligners could even be ordered. Despite being available at the beginning of the week, I did not meet the orthodontist until the second-to-last day of my stay. The consultation lasted less than five minutes. He explained that some adjustments were needed before starting treatment and asked me to extend my stay by five to seven days. Trusting his recommendation, I changed my flight and paid for additional accommodation. Only after I had made these changes was I told that nothing could be done because the aligners had not been ordered due to non-payment. This was completely inconsistent with what I had been told before my trip. I was ready to pay after reviewing and approving the treatment plan, exactly as it had been explained to me. After changing my flight, I returned to the clinic and stayed there all day hoping to continue my treatment. I was eventually told that the dentist was absent and that the orthodontist was not working that day. I remained at the clinic until closing, but neither of them came. The only solution offered was reimbursement of my flight change and accommodation expenses. I returned to Canada without receiving the orthodontic treatment I had traveled for and still have temporary crowns. Three months later, the clinic has stopped responding to my messages, even though one of my temporary crowns is now becoming loose and I urgently need assistance. This experience caused unnecessary financial loss, stress, and disappointment. I strongly encourage international patients to obtain written confirmation of all payment requirements, timelines, and treatment steps before making expensive travel arrangements.

Must go… I arrived almost 20 mins late from uber troubles but they were still accommodating. My dentist was Stephanie who was so amazing. She spoke English so she was able to assist me with all my options. Pricing is affordable and I definitely look my final outcome.

I'm usually nervous about going to the dentist, but they made me feel comfortable, safe, and much more at ease. I had a wonderful experience. From the warm welcome at the front desk to meeting the dentist and receiving a thorough cleaning, everyone was kind and professional. I highly recommend this office!

Been working with them for a few months now. Especially happy with Stephanie's work... The cleaning, whitening and micro design all came out great. Also got Invisalign from Karol which was also great. Additionally, they we're very professional, patient and flexible. I will come back here!!
