I have never experienced any delays or problems with her assistant. Kathe has been extraordinarily attentive and prompt answering my requests, even at weekends. Dr Luz is amazing and precise with her knowledge and experience. She is very personable and treats me like a friend. And as previous reviewers have stated, fluent and flawless in English. I reached out yesterday to schedule an appointment. Someone named “assistant Guillermo” responded and asked my reason for consultation. I responded and they never got back to me. They need to do better with customer service and scheduling.

Dr.Luz is a very compassionate, very knowledgeable doctor. She is extremely caring and takes the time to go through everything with her patients and offers her support every step of the way. Her administrative staff were also quick to communicate and thorough in their job. My experience with this clinic exceeded expectations.
