The doctor is excellent, all 5 stars for the doctor; however the admin process is a little cumbersome, there are too many numbers of communication. It seems that could be improved also at the offices the process should be more smooth with process improvements it could get better

My visit today to Dr. Luis Ramirez was great! I asked him different questions about different medical options and treatments and he had absolutely 👍 all the answers to all of them. I really appreciate his expertise and his knowledge as one of the best urologist in this country.
I came here for a cyst removal. He only took out part of it, and his stiches fell off on one part, leaving the wound open. I asked why he didn't use the stiches that fall off after a while, and he said so they can look at it. Well, I went in for the stiches removal and they wanted to charge me $100.
