I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. My appointment was at 4:00 p.m.; I arrived on time, they removed my makeup for the consultation, took my medical history, and then left me waiting in an examination room for 1 hour and 40 minutes, without anyone approaching me to explain the delay, apologize, or inform me how much longer I would have to wait. I find this disrespectful to patients' time. Just as one organizes their schedule and makes time for an appointment, one also expects the establishment to show a minimum of consideration and communication. Customer service should be a priority, especially in health and aesthetic services, but in my case, I felt the complete opposite. The experience was very disappointing and leaves much to be desired in terms of organization, respect, and patient treatment.

Buenos dias, la atencion, tanto de desde q uno llega, como de las profesionales, excelente, los espacios de los consultorios muy bien,los tratamientos, y productos, mi tratamiento es de melasma llevo dos meses en tratamiento y aunque quisiera q los resultados fueran más rapido,se q es de pasiencia y constacia, mis manchitas si se an disminuido un poco, aun estoy en el proceso y a la expectativa de seguir viendo cambios en mi piel, si recomendaria la clinica doctor juan carlos Lloreda, gracias 😊
