I am currently 7 days post-op, and I can honestly say my experience with Dr. Guevara and his entire team has been absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, Dr. Guevara made my safety his top priority. Before moving forward with surgery, he carefully monitored my lab work and made sure my iron levels were where they needed to be. That level of precaution gave me so much confidence and showed me that he truly cares about his patients’ health—not just performing surgery. Dr. Guevara is an incredibly detailed, responsible, and knowledgeable surgeon. He takes the time to listen to what you want, explains his recommendations, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always felt heard, respected, and safe in his care. His coordinators, nurses, and the entire staff have also been amazing. They communicate with you every single day, arrange transportation to your lymphatic massages, follow up on your recovery, and are always available if you have questions or concerns. Their attentiveness has made this recovery process so much easier. Traveling to another country for surgery can be intimidating, but from the moment I arrived in Colombia, I felt completely taken care of. Every part of the process has been organized, professional, and compassionate. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Guevara to anyone considering plastic surgery. He truly puts patient safety first, and that gave me complete peace of mind. Thank you, Dr. Guevara and your incredible team, for making this such a positive experience. Everything with my surgery went excellent. Dr. Guevara gave me a lots of info about my procedure. Outstanding clinic with great service and superb nurses. Total satisfaction. I traveled from the US to have several procedures done; I had liposuction, breast augmentation, arm augmentation, and a fat transfer to my buttocks. I paid thousands of dollars for the surgery and my stay, as well as for other things I needed in the meantime, like compression garments, pain medication, and reusable sanitary napkins. The result was worse than I expected. Be very careful with this doctor; he's truly a mediocre surgeon. You have been warned. During my stay, I saw the incisions he makes on other patients, and he's a butcher. I absolutely do not recommend him. Update: Dr. Guevara responded, claiming that I am not a patient and that I have been posting fake reviews for months. That claim is incorrect. This is the only review I have published. I protected my identity for my well-being and my right to privacy, not to fabricate an experience. My opinion reflects only what I experienced as a patient and my complete dissatisfaction with the result of my surgery. Instead of addressing my complaint with reasoned arguments, they chose to publicly discredit me with inaccurate statements. My review remains because it honestly describes my experience.
