My experience with the surgeon was very good. From the very first moment, he was professional, attentive, and clear in explaining each step of the procedure. He made me feel confident and at ease, answered all my questions with patience, and demonstrated great knowledge and compassion. I felt I was in good hands and very well cared for. I am grateful for his dedication and care.

I don't usually write reviews, but after what I've been through, I hope this helps those who are carefully researching what they're about to have done. I absolutely do not recommend this surgeon. I had a mastopexy, which was supposed to remove my implants and leave me with smaller breasts, but he insisted on adding a fat transfer (which I finally agreed to because he was so insistent). It was supposed to be an inverted-T incision, as I've had two children and my breasts were sagging. Imagine my shock when I saw the scar; it was just a vertical incision. A few days later, the scar started to open, and my breast herniated, leaving me with a horrible scar. After a few months, one breast started to grow strangely and was painful, and after six months, my breast was completely deformed. I contacted them, and they immediately washed their hands of the matter, telling me that any problems would be visible within the first month (a lie). I had an ultrasound and it turned out I had a cyst the size of an orange because of that damn fat (which was obviously my fault) for finally listening to the doctor. Now I have to have surgery again because I can't even wear a t-shirt, since my chest is deformed, it hurts, I have an ugly scar, I have a huge cyst and it's herniated, but what I am sure of is that I would never put myself in this man's hands again.

Dr. García Palacio is an excellent plastic surgeon. His care and compassionate approach were outstanding. I had a breast explant and reconstruction procedure, and my breasts look beautiful, as if I had implants again. Thank you, Doctor, and thank you to your team.

My experience with this surgeon was very negative. After the surgery, I was left with constant leg pain that continues to affect my quality of life and limits my ability to perform daily activities. The most worrying thing is that I expected improvement, but the result was quite the opposite. This situation has caused me constant discomfort and frustration. I do not recommend this professional. I believe it's important for others to know about these kinds of experiences before making such an important decision for their health.
