I'm very satisfied with the result. From the initial consultation, Dr. Luján was honest, clear, and highly professional, instilling confidence and reassurance throughout. His experience and commitment to his patients are evident. I'd also like to highlight Angy, a warm and welcoming person who was always willing to answer questions, which made the entire process much smoother. Without a doubt, it was a very positive experience, both because of the outcome and the wonderful people who worked with the team.
Okay, my personal opinion of the doctor could have been much better. My expectations were different, and perhaps I had a bad consultant who wasn't very honest about the procedures included in the package. These procedures weren't actually performed. I recommend consulting directly with the surgeon and getting clear instructions on the process, as her explanations weren't very specific.
My experience with surgeon Alexander Luján has been excellent from the start. The surgery was a complete success, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I especially want to highlight the professionalism and compassion of the entire team, who provided me with constant support before, during, and after the procedure. They were always very attentive to my well-being, addressing every concern with kindness and dedication. Without a doubt, the entire process was flawless. I am very satisfied and grateful.
