Dra. Verónica Rankin Varela

I have been to quite a few dermatologists and I can say that Dr. Rankin is the best. She speaks fluent English, so if you are a foreigner, this is a great option. She was highly knowledgeable and did a great job on the moles I needed removed. To top it all off, her prices were really affordable for the high quality medical care I received. I live in the US but will travel to Cali once a year just to see her as my dermatologist. I highly recommend.

Amazing! She is the best. I had a wonderful experience with my dermatologist Dr. Rankin in Cali, Colombia. I went to her for laser treatment as well as a few other cosmetic treatments, and I was extremely happy with my experience. She is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and explain everything. I especially appreciated how careful and thorough she was and how much attention she paid to achieving beautiful, natural-looking results. Her office is welcoming, and I felt that I was in excellent hands throughout my treatments. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced and caring dermatologist in Cali. Dr. Rankin is very professional. When I had an emergency, she saw me during her break, and she treated my teenage daughter's acne very professionally. Today, my daughter is happy with her face, and we know what that means for a teenager. Infinite gratitude and highly recommended.

It's disrespectful to schedule and confirm an appointment, and then after 50 minutes, people are still being admitted, resulting in a minimum wait of an additional 30 minutes. She may be an excellent professional and have a beautiful office, but does she understand the concept of respecting other people's time? Or do they simply assume the patient has to wait, or that it's up to the doctor to decide? What's the point of scheduling and confirming appointments? Why doesn't the receptionist inform patients of the doctor's delay so they can decide whether or not to wait? And this is a common practice: patients are expected to arrive on time, but Dr. Rankin will see them whenever she feels like it. This has happened repeatedly; just look at the complaints here about the same issue.

Dr. Veronica's service is excellent; I highly recommend her. The facilities, the attention, the service, and the support are all very good.
