Solicité una relectura de una resonancia magnética y hasta el momento no he obtenido una respuesta clara, a pesar de haber realizado el seguimiento correspondiente. Me preocupa seriamente la falta de comunicación y el poco interés demostrado por parte del personal, pero aún más la confianza en la interpretación realizada por el Radiólogo. Cuando se trata de un examen médico, se espera responsabilidad, calidad y transparencia, ya que un informe puede influir en decisiones importantes sobre la salud de un paciente. Espero que la institución tome medidas para mejorar sus procesos de atención y respuesta. Si existiera la opción, no les daría ni una estrella. La atención recibida deja mucho que desear y demuestra una falta de respeto hacia los pacientes que esperan respuestas oportunas sobre temas tan delicados como su salud.
Terrible service. They don't resolve anything through any channel. In person, they tell you to contact them by phone, they don't answer the phone or they ask you to send documents by email, they supposedly have 5 business days to respond by email, in my case it's been more than 10 and I haven't received a response. Complete negligence.
During the appointment, I found the service to be excellent, with friendly staff and same-day results. What they could improve is the appointment scheduling process (it takes 5 business days to respond to the request email).
Yes, a huge lack of respect for patients. Yesterday, February 11th, I went at 4 PM and the receptionist told me that only the scheduling office is open until 3 PM, even though the hours say until 6 PM. And today, February 12th, I've been trying to contact them via WhatsApp since 7 AM and they still haven't answered. It's outrageous that a healthcare provider (IPS) is making a health insurance company (EPS) like Sura, which in my opinion has excellent service, look bad. Either hire a remote operator who actually answers, so we don't have to travel all the way from Itagüí to El Poblado for an appointment, or are they going to reimburse travel expenses?
Terrible customer service. They keep you on hold for 30 minutes to request an appointment, and then when you finally get through, they tell you they can't schedule it. I don't understand why they even have an appointment system. You waste time only to be told no, that the line is just for information, even though the menu clearly states "appointment scheduling." Awful service.
