The appointment time was 3:20 PM, we arrived at 2:56 PM, and the procedure didn't start until after 4:00 PM. They rushed the facial because another client arrived. The technician was also attending to another client at the same time. They forced us to buy a biosafety kit for 14,000 pesos, which includes a cap, a gown, and a blanket to cover the examination table. I've been to several places and they never charged me extra for a disposable cap. I found the blanket and gown unnecessary. Other places used paper to cover the table, which was equally hygienic. In the same hallway, there are six examination tables with modules that are just over a meter long, which is uncomfortable for accompanying a minor due to the lack of space. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand so I wouldn't have gone. I have very prominent, visible veins. Previously, even nursing assistants drew blood from me without causing much damage to my veins. I hope I don't have any major long-term consequences. I asked what kind of professional would be attending to me. The receptionist indicated it would be a cosmetic doctor. But I doubt that someone with only basic medical training would cause that much damage just to draw blood. Observing the way the place operates, it seems they hire assistants and hold training courses on-site to learn how to perform the procedures.

It's a very nice and hygienic establishment. Very good service and attention; I appreciate their services and hope to use them again in the future.
