I went saturday june, 2020. I had an on going problem. I saw Dra. Lina Vanessa Gomez. She listened very good and she looked me over head to toe. She speaks perfect english and is nice as she can be. I have seen over 50 doctors in my time and she rates at the top of the top.
Terrible customer service. I asked a simple, general question about whether the Musculptech muscle toning device causes fat loss and if that fat loss function can be disabled to focus solely on increasing muscle size without losing fat. It's a basic question they should be able to answer without requiring a paid consultation. Instead of answering, the representative insisted I book and pay for a consultation just to get a simple explanation. Furthermore, the live chat experience was incredibly frustrating. I had to wait for hours for an agent to come online, and when they finally did, if I didn't respond immediately, they would close the chat instantly and force me to start all over again. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
Excellent service, the attention and friendliness are incredible, not to mention the services they offer. 100% recommended.
I received very poor customer service. I sent an inquiry via WhatsApp yesterday and, after more than 24 hours, I still haven't received a response.
