Dermalaser

At 36 gettin a hard acne case could get your life into a mess, thankfully my cousin recommended me the super special care of Dr. De La Roche and thanks to him I could get my life back, there is no words to thank what he did for me!

A few months ago, while looking for a place to get the treatments I like, I came across Dermalaser, South branch, and I'm thrilled. The service is wonderful; the staff who greet you at the entrance are so kind, and the dermatologists and assistants are excellent. They also have such gentle hands, and I've never left with bruises, which has been the best part for me. I love Dermalaser and highly recommend it.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to have several procedures done at the clinic. I'm grateful to Dr. de la Roche for his excellent work and kindness, but I also want to take this opportunity to acknowledge and thank Dr. Vanity Carvajal for her wonderful work. This woman was amazing; she went above and beyond, taking care of me and my fears at all times. Her charming personality made my time in the office much more pleasant. I'm so happy to be returning to the country in June and have another appointment with her! Don't miss the chance to see her! Thank you all!

The administrative process with Colsanitas is terrible. The administrative department isn't even clear on which procedures they can perform directly and which require authorization. There's no respect for patients' time when scheduling procedures that can't be done without prior authorization, without even informing them.

I've known Dr. Carlos de la Roche for over 20 years. I've benefited from his expertise and his kindness as both a patient and a friend. I'm incredibly grateful for his professionalism, which has always made me feel comfortable whenever I consult him. I will wholeheartedly recommend him as an excellent dermatologist and someone who is always dedicated to the aesthetic health of his patients. You're the best!
