Dentix Santa Marta

The worst experience(s) I have ever had with any company, anywhere, ever. It operates a predatory lending scheme with a dental facade. Patient care, let alone common courtesy, do not exist in their corporate culture. The employees don’t want to be there. I’ve tried to concisely say the worst things I can think of so that others might be spared. Avoid at all costs.

The absolute worse experience you can have for a well known dental company in Colombia. I came to Santa Marta on vacation and chipped my tooth. The fix itself takes a quick 10 minutes. I made a reservation, and, with a reservation, I didn't leave Dentix until well over 3 hours afterward. Horrible, overall experience.

Very inconsistent. Treatment is three times more expensive. Before going, check online and see the cases they have in their practice. A 7th-day program was released today.

They gave me the number of an assistant who doesn't want to answer my messages, and I've tired of writing to her hoping she'd at least give me the new Dentix address, but she doesn't care. I had a treatment that I didn't finish because I was abroad, and now that I want to continue, they simply don't care. I paid 12 million pesos in cash for Invisalign and I simply stopped going, but I never saw any interest on their part in finding out whether or not I would stop the treatment. Honestly, they don't even have time to update the address on Google Maps.

The Google Maps location is outdated. My mother has gone twice and hasn't been seen because the rehabilitation doctor isn't there or is incapacitated. They aren't even capable of making a call to inform her that they can't provide the service (but they do call and send a text message to confirm the appointment), and what they do is play with people's time.
