First, I checked their hours and saw they were open to the public until 6 PM today, Saturday. Then, via WhatsApp, I briefly explained my situation: I was in pain, and appointments with an endodontist at Sura were delayed, and I had already had a pulpectomy. They gave me an appointment for today at 1:20 PM (I arrived 10 minutes early), which seemed very convenient given my circumstances. When I arrived at the Ciudad Jardín location, everything was going well until, after they took the panoramic x-ray, a very kind dentist attended to me. When I explained my situation and she saw that I had visible swelling on my face, she told me I was in luck because the endodontist was there and could examine me. But when she went to ask him, he refused, sending her back to continue treating me. What kind of place employs specialists like this who don't care about a patient's pain and just leave without any consideration? I was very disappointed because I was ready to have my root canal done, and they offered me an appointment for Wednesday after the endodontist refused to even come in to say hello. If there were zero reviews, I would give them one. I've attached proof of my attendance and a WhatsApp chat.

The review is good and very thorough, however, an employee manipulated my phone and initiated financing procedures without my direct control of the process. This conduct deserves to be reviewed by the clinic. The process could not be completed for two reasons: 1. I grabbed the phone before she clicked to approve the purchase, and 2. I know I have a negative credit report. This is a very bad practice.

My mother is suffering with an implant she's been waiting for and paying more for, because she has to start from scratch, spending more money than the initial plan they offered. They're not serious. She's 56 years old and has had to go there constantly for nothing. Their customer service is the worst; they just pass information around among themselves without offering any solutions.

My experience throughout the entire treatment was very discouraging. They never kept to the scheduled appointment time; they would take two or even three hours to see me. The professional who handles follow-up appointments is overloaded with emergency appointments, and honestly, the whole treatment was like that—terrible. On top of that, they left me with a balance of 290,000 pesos and never refunded it. They made me fill out a form and send my bank account information, and it's been over a year and I still haven't received my refund.

The service is fast and excellent. The staff are warm and empathetic. I'm definitely very happy with the service.
