I paid for a full orthodoncy treatment but I din't finish it because they weren't able to fulfill the time they knew I had in the country for said treatment, however Mrs. Myriam Patiño couldn't care less and she did nothing to really help me achieve my goal, so no, I guess if I could go back in time I wouldn't have paid for such a scam, totally not recomended!
I went there for a dental cleaning only and it was amazing!! It took one hour and my teeth are so clean. I am so happy! Highly recommended!!! Total 140 mil
Terrible service, complaints regarding: 1. Waiting longer than 1 hour 2. Unavailable equipment 3. Equipment made of poor quality materials. They've fitted my braces 3 times, and one or two always fall off. Due to availability, they tell me I have to wait until the next appointment to get them fixed and that I have to pay, even though they fall off 3 hours after I've had them put on without eating anything. 4. Terrible service at reception; it seems like the delays in service are the patient's fault. 5. I've already paid for my entire treatment, and they still don't respect the confirmed appointment time or my punctuality.
You arrive on time for your appointment and they always leave you waiting for up to 30 minutes; the staff never know why you're there, they're always asking each other about who's attending to you, you waste a lot of time and the service isn't good.
