This is an amazing doctor! My experience with doctor Madrid was unique. I had hip pain for 13 years, it got to the point where I wasn't able to do the things I was used to, I visited MANY doctors and spent thousands of dollars but no one was able to help. I got to the point of given up, I thought I just had to live with pain for the rest of my life. Earlier this year I heard about stem cells and asked a friend in Medellín to help me find a good doctor who specialized on the treatment of stem cells, my friend recommended Dr Madrid, he is probably the most caring and knowledgeable health care professional I've met, he and his staff are amazing! I can say doctor Madrid and his staff are honest and caring, I will not hesitate to suggest this doctor to my friends and family.

Wonderful service. Everyone is so kind and attentive, making you feel safe from the very first moment. Dr. James makes sure to examine you thoroughly based on your symptoms and creates a safe and effective treatment plan. He was also always attentive to my needs throughout the treatment. The physiotherapist, Lupe, is incredible, very understanding, and an excellent professional. Whether for physical training or injury treatment, she's the best. The nurse, Stefanía, is very gentle with procedures; she's incredibly skilled at administering injections and IVs. She also always encourages you to maintain a positive attitude. And Mafe, the administrative assistant, is incredibly patient and will answer each and every one of your questions. In short, I highly recommend them. They are a very warm and caring team; the weight loss plan is very comprehensive, and they support you in every aspect—physical, mental, and emotional.

Excellent care from the entire team (doctor, physiotherapist, assistant). The doctor ordered an ultrasound to confirm the location of the bicep (arm) injury and begin treatment to heal the tear.

Dr. James performs a very thorough examination during the first appointment, diagnosing existing and known injuries as well as others that appear to be present but were previously unknown. His examination and ordering of tests for treatment are very comprehensive.
