Synced from Google. The clinic cannot edit or remove reviews here.I know the clinic; it has a long history. I had chin liposuction there, and the results were excellent thanks to the technology they recommended. I also took my wife there for laser mole removal, and she has no scars.
Don't trust them. They give you the first two appointments and then cancel the rest. They've already canceled two of my appointments, and when you call, they don't answer. The sales line gives you a number that doesn't exist. Don't waste your money; it's a rip-off.
Terrible service. They claim to offer treatments with specialized equipment, but they don't even have it. They make you pay for an evaluation only to tell you later that they don't offer the service you previously inquired about, even though they claimed to have it. This is incredibly unprofessional and wastes people's time and money.
Horrible, they're a scam. They closed their Manizales branch and never responded again. They still owe clients for sessions and now they don't answer.
Poor service. There's no one at reception, no customer service, no one at the front desk. The cleaning lady is the only one who greets you. The background music is loud and unbearable, like you're at home. The staff doesn't know which doctor is supposed to see which patients, and they don't specify the conditions for the consultation. Customer service is glued to their cell phones. It leaves much to be desired. They need to improve the procedures and regulations for their healthcare services. If they advertise opening hours as starting at 8 AM, they should respect them. That's basic courtesy and respect.
