They have a security guard from the Fox-trot company checking in patients who rudely, disrespectfully, and very offensively approached my wife, asking for the name of the patient who was about to be seen. If he doesn't know how to deal with the public and has no knowledge of customer service, he shouldn't be in that position. The way he spoke to my wife, and in my presence, was disrespectful. It's unheard of that to have such a first impression of the company, regardless of the circumstances. This is my first time at the clinic, and that's my first impression.

Terrible service provider, especially for senior citizens. How is it possible that they lack the capacity to attend to patients and make you constantly chase after them to get an appointment for any procedure? Besides, the service is awful. Every month it's a different procedure or exam. I don't understand why they don't do everything at once. They make people run around and waste time while they have to endure the visual discomfort.

The service is extremely poor; they don't attend to patients on time, they show a lack of respect, and nothing is done about it. There is total indifference towards patients with surgery orders. Documents are filed, but the patient is never informed whether the surgery will be performed or not. Communication and processing of orders are very poor, and there is a great lack of respect for the client, yet nothing is done about it.
