I went to the clinic for a dermatology exam. The doctor said my problem was urgent and needed immediate attention, scheduling the surgery for the next day. I went to reception to make the appointment, and the assistant was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Without even consulting the doctor, she told me the surgery couldn't be done and advised me to return the following day. When I returned, the assistant's attitude was even worse. I then called the surgeon (I believe the head of the clinic) to resolve the issue, and he promised to call me back the same day to address the situation, as it was an urgent case. Of course, neither the dermatologist, the assistant, nor the surgeon ever contacted me again. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism on the part of the doctors and assistants and an inability to objectively assess problems. Very low standards.
Excellent service. My 18-month-old son had cavities in four of his teeth, and they look fantastic now. Highly recommended.
