It's a place where I've come for specialized ophthalmology appointments and other consultations; the service is good. It's quite large, with a lot of people coming and going. That clinic has all the specialties. I think it's a good place.
Fui a hacerme un examen oftalmológico con el doctor Álvaro Ernesto Martínez Izquierdo y, con base en su fórmula, mandé a hacer dos pares de gafas con lentes progresivos. Para mi sorpresa, la fórmula estaba equivocada. Esto me hizo perder mi dinero y me afectó bastante, ya que nunca antes había pasado por una situación así. Me siento muy inconforme, pues confié en el criterio profesional y el resultado fue perjudicial.
I waited for over two hours and they hadn't even processed the report. The nurses and doctors were just throwing money around without even asking what that person was doing there. I was in the maternity ward, dealing with the aftermath of a miscarriage, although the Emergency Room care was very good and the women in their secretary uniforms were genuinely concerned and compassionate. But the doctor's office service is terrible.
