Whoever is handling the WhatsApp account for this clinic is doing a really bad job. I messaged them 3 days ago to set up a consultation/appointment for today. They replied to me once and then never replied again. This is after they’ve been sending me promotional material on WhatsApp for months.

The WORST place to go in Bogota. Not only was the incompetent office staff OVERCHARGED me, but Dr. Nazly Yuliet Torres Soto completely screwed up my treatments. I asked her if I could get hyaluronic filler after the laser knowing full well I'm due out on the 31st. she said "Of course!" and MADE MY APPOINTMENTS FOR ME. I arrived a few days ago and she is gone now and I am being seen by another doctor by the name of Dra. Maria Del Carmen Mejiadijo who said I can't get filler and laser. That I have to do laser first and then fill in a few days later. She rescheduled my appointment for the fill two days later. Two days later she arrives and now tells me that she will not do treatments on because Dr. Nazly Yuliet Torres Soto should never have scheduled those two after another. Not only is it unprofessional of the doctor to think it's okay to schedule the laser and hyaluronic filler back to back, but the fact that the women in the office overcharged me for a treatment I never asked for... This office is the worst place I've ever been . The new doctor kept saying there was a communication error, but there wasn't. I asked if it was okay to get laser and filler. Dr. Soto said yes, it was..I feel so ROBBED by this place. Don't go here. There are many other amazing places to visit in Bogota. I am stupid for choosing Dr. Luz Marina Díaz.

En vez de que pierdan su dinero o tiempo, Quiero compartir mi inconformidad con mi experiencia en la Clínica Estética Luz Marina , hace un mes realicé mi valoración en el lugar y aunque no me dieron muchas alternativas ni respuestas,mí inconformidad si la quiero expresar, voy a resaltar en primer lugar el servicio , es pésimo y la persona que te atiende y te acompaña en el tratamiento no genera esa empatía ni confianza que uno busca como pacientes cuando quiere sentirse seguro de iniciar un tratamiento; Otro aspecto que veo importante es el dinero, te quieren hacer comprar productos carísimos y se ve la intención por hacerte pagar por absolutamente todo y no digo que esté mal pero en la forma en que se muestra si se ve muy conveniente, (hasta para una valoración tan básica y mediocre que me dieron ese día) No sé cuántas reseñas “buenas” van a crear, pero si quiero decirles que deberían mejorar al menos la atención, no sé cómo serán sus tratamientos, por qué no quise tomarlos,pero leyendo las opiniones se ve que los resultados no son los mejores. Si tú como consumidor ves que tú dinero vale y tu tiempo vale, piensa dos veces antes de iniciar o valorar un tratamiento acá, para que no pases por mi inconformidad Gracias.
