Clínica del Campestre

After having an intense infection in my hand, I was immediately helped by the team at Clínica del Campestre. From the emergency operation to the second operation and the follow-ups, everything was very smooth. The staff was calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Honestly, I have not been treated better even in my home country Germany, and I am very grateful for the experience. A big thank you to the whole team and Dr. Carlos Gonzales.

Have had an annoying sprain in my knee for months. Was told this was the place for those of us with still limited Spanish and for ortho issues. I loved the building, the staff were so very kind, access to outdoor from the back, the quality of my care, 💯 The cafe could have more healthy options. Only thing this vegan found were the two choices of jugos.

I heard good things about this clinic, but my experience has been awful. I had knee surgery with Dr Juan Carlos Posada. He lied to me about not doing general anesthesia. He also said he'd do a meniscus repair and didn't mention doing a partial meniscectomy. I understand that things can change when surgery starts, but you should at least advise the patient about possibilities. Lastly, the service is TERRIBLE! Neither before nor after surgery do they tell you how to care for your knee. They give an instruction sheet to the person who accompanies you, but don't want to answer any questions. I called with questions after the surgery and after 20+ calls and over an hour trying to contact someone I was able to get some answers from the secretary. Dr. Juan Posada called me back eventually and was rude asking me "que pasa". Worst of all, for a clinic that does lots of surgery they have zero idea how to deal with blood clots after surgery; they don't have a way to test and the doctors in the clinic don't even recommend compression stockings (the most common treatment). I regret choosing this clinic for my surgery. It has been an awful experience dealing with the doctors here. They simply don't care about their patients, they lie to you, and are completely negligent.

The worst service I have ever seen. I flew all the way from Panama to see Nadya Katich because she came highly recommended. I told her that I only had limited time in Medellin and asked her to prepare a program of exercises that I could continue to work on when I left. When I went to the office and requested it, she kept telling me that the program would be ready soon and just to leave my email and she would send it. Then I had to leave medellin. One month later and 5 very polite emails and she hasnt sent it. I have called in 4 times and her secretary says that the program will be there in my emails today. It never is. I told nadya that if i dont get better by august, I will need surgery so its very important that I get my program right away. In my entire life, I have never been treated so poorly anywhere. Do not go to this clinic, there are much better options in Medellin.

I've always received good service, but when I booked an appointment, the only availability was three or two and a half months in advance. I booked an appointment, and when I arrived, they were an hour or an hour and a half late. This isn't the only time this has happened. If it were an isolated incident, I wouldn't have a problem, but it's something that has occurred several times.
