I was very pleasantly surprised. I've already made several outpatient and lab appointments, and honestly, it's been great. The service is generally good, the wait time is very short, and the staff seemed attentive and friendly. The facilities are nice and comfortable overall. There's a service to request appointments via WhatsApp, but sometimes it takes a little while.

Their service is terrible. They almost never have appointments available with their specialists, and when they do, they can reschedule your appointment two to four times with the excuse that the doctor has personal matters to attend to. The last time, they called to cancel my appointment just two hours before I was supposed to arrive. I absolutely do not recommend this place; they are irresponsible with their patients.

los medicos hacen esperar demasiado para su atención, cuando atendieron e mi esposa por ginecología (médica Martinez) , le dijeron que por email le enviarían todo lo referente a la historia, examenes y medicamentos de la consulta, esto nuca llegó, luego se preguntó telefonicamente por esta situación y dijeron que habia que enviar carta pidiendo autorizacion para que el medico los remitiera. ¡¡Qué adefesio!! considero que me robaron $$ por la consulta y todo el tiempo perdido.
