The receptionists, who are supposed to be the first people you see, are incredibly lazy. If they're not eating, they're glued to their phones, especially one of them. They prefer gossiping to attending to patients, starting with the initial screening. And don't even get me started on the hassle of begging for test results. I don't even know why they have a WhatsApp hotline if they never answer.
The experience was extremely unpleasant. They provide an email address and phone number to schedule an appointment, but no one responds. I went all the way there to make an appointment, arriving at 9 am, and they didn't see me until 2 pm to give me the appointment. It's unbelievable how disorganized they are when it comes to scheduling appointments.
Terrible customer service and attention, they never answered WhatsApp so we went directly and they gave us an appointment for July 6, 2026 at 7 am. We arrived first and they hadn't opened yet. When we finally got in they told us that the appointment wasn't at 7 am but at 3 pm and that we had to come back as if they were giving us the tickets for free.
Excellent service, very good facilities, I loved the VIP lounge and the very personal attention
The new facilities are very nice, the VIP lounge is lovely, blessings, thank you very much, excellent service, I've never been treated so well
