They really helped me remove my tattoo. And my skin has healed perfectly. They give you two months' notice before your next appointment. They're very responsible in that regard. And Maira, the assistant, was very kind and efficient. I definitely recommend this laser center.

A while ago, I went to get a facial procedure called M22. They performed the procedure and told me they would do a follow-up appointment, which involved taking photos to see how my skin was doing. They NEVER responded to those photos. I saw changes at the time and thought that just using sunscreen would prevent the spots from coming back. However, over time my skin worsened, and I developed many more spots than before. Later, some coworkers who had the procedure done elsewhere told me that it requires follow-up care and treatment with creams and other products for a certain period to maintain the results, something they NEVER told me. I wasted my money and my time there. I absolutely do NOT recommend them. Besides, the service is terrible, like they're just going through the motions.

I had several CO2 and M22 laser sessions a while ago, but I didn't see any changes; my skin is still the same.

I don't know what the experience is like at other locations, but the Bucaramanga branch has been extremely disappointing. Appointments are constantly canceled, usually the day before, without a clear explanation, only mentioning "unforeseen circumstances." I've been dealing with this for over a year, and although I'm currently using the guaranteed appointments, they've rescheduled me several times. Laser treatment loses effectiveness if, instead of being done monthly, as it should be, it ends up being done every 3-4 months. To make matters worse, when the date finally approaches, they cancel it the day before, and I have to wait another month. Furthermore, the customer service leaves much to be desired. When you write to get information or resolve a problem, they can take up to a full week to respond. This lack of commitment and organization affects confidence in the service and prevents the treatment from achieving its purpose. It's frustrating and disappointing for those of us who trusted them.
