Excellent access via elevator and convenient stairs to the medical offices. It has covered parking.
They don't answer the phones. To me, that's bad customer service.
I'm not a user, but I'm an observer, and every time I'm here, I hear the same old story: they make people go back to pay the co-payment at their EPS (health insurance provider) because they won't be seen here. So they keep coming back, and most of them are elderly people who have difficulty walking. There are few chairs in the examination rooms. I think it's inhumane treatment, and they should change the way they operate here and make it easier for people to pay the co-payment right here.
Terrible service, I haven't been able to contact them because the phones don't work to confirm an appointment
